⚙️ Operations at Peakflo

This role is ideal for anyone who is looking to rapidly advance their career and assume responsibilities in a fast-pace setting while working closely with the founders.

We're looking for a Fintech Operations who will streamline our Fintech SaaS operations, including Payment, Monthly Billing, Support operations, by increasing process maturity, transparency, observability, automation levels and scaling the teams involved.

💪 What you’ll do

• Analyze business processes, data quality issues, and operational bottlenecks to identify improvement opportunities.
• Design and develop scalable solutions to address recurring issues.
• Automate workflows, data transformations, and reporting using Python and SQL.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data monitoring frameworks.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operational teams to define requirements and implement solutions.
• Conduct root cause analysis and present findings along with actionable recommendations.
• Continuously improve existing automation, scripts, and data pipelines for scalability and efficiency.
• Document workflow logic, automation scripts, and solution design clearly for internal stakeholders.

👀 Who we’re looking for

• ~ 1 year of experience in analytics, automation, or data operations
• Good experience of building and using cursor agents (or any similar tool), connecting via MCP servers and building OPS AI agents.
• Strong proficiency in Python (data processing, automation scripts, API integrations preferred)
• Solid experience with SQL (joins, aggregations, performance tuning)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
• Ability to design solutions for scale rather than one-off fixes
• Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into structured workflows and logic
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Detail-oriented with a bias for action and continuous improvement
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities efficiently
• Familiarity with version control (Git)

😎 Bonus points if you:

• Experience with cloud platforms (docker, k8s, GCP)
• Exposure to workflow automation, n8n, Airflow, dbt, or similar tooling
