🔧 The Role

We’re looking for a Founding Engineer to help us architect and scale the future of healthcare automation. You'll be an early technical leader, working closely with the founders to ship products end-to-end, from AI voice agents to insurance verification and EHR integrations.

This is not just a job, it’s a chance to build something meaningful from the ground up.

What you’ll do

• Own critical parts of the stack: AI voice agents, backend infra, EHR integrations
• Build and ship fast - LLMs, pipelines, real-time systems
• Work directly with clinics to prototype and launch
• Set engineering direction and technical standards
• Contribute to a high-trust, high-speed team culture

You might be a fit if you

• Have 2–4 years of experience in fast-paced startups, preferably ex-YC companies
• Are a backend-leaning engineer
• Know TypeScript, Node.js, AWS, and ideally LLMs (RAG + finetuning)
• Can thrive in ambiguity and build 0→1
• Bonus: experience with healthtech, EHRs, or voice/audio agents
