Paratus Health is building the AI-powered operations layer for outpatient clinics—voice agents that handle calls, intake, insurance, and documentation, deeply integrated with EHRs like Epic and Athena.

🔧 The Role

We’re hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to work at the intersection of engineering and customer deployment. You’ll take our AI voice agents into real clinics - configuring, shipping, iterating, and ensuring they work flawlessly in production.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys shipping quickly, working directly with customers, and owning outcomes, not just code.

What You’ll Do

• Deploy and customize AI voice agents for live healthcare customers
• Work directly with clinics to understand workflows and translate them into production systems
• Own launches end-to-end: configuration, iteration, debugging, and optimization
• Build and extend backend systems, LLM pipelines, and real-time workflows
• Partner closely with product, engineering, and customers to move fast

You Might Be a Fit If You

• Have 1+ years of experience at fast-moving startups
• Have hands-on experience with voice agents or conversational AI
• Are comfortable being customer-facing (demos, feedback, iteration)
• Know TypeScript, Node.js, AWS (LLMs, RAG, audio/voice a plus)
• Thrive in ambiguity and like solving real-world problems live

Bonus: healthcare, EHR, or HIPAA-adjacent experience
