Events & Partnerships Associate (Contract)

Oximy is building the system of record for enterprise AI usage. We work with security, IT, finance, and AI leaders at large organizations. Conferences, exec dinners, and closed-door events matter a lot for how we show up.

This role exists to extend our presence on the ground.

You’ll represent Oximy at conferences and partner events across the US, help run logistics, and support real conversations with enterprise buyers and partners. This is not a sales role and not a marketing internship. It’s field execution.

What you’ll do

• Represent Oximy at conferences, summits, and private events
• Support booth setup, meetings, and on-site logistics
• Coordinate with partners, sponsors, and event staff
• Help manage inbound conversations and follow-ups
• Act as a reliable on-the-ground extension of the founding team
• Capture context from conversations and feed it back to GTM

What success looks like

• Events run smoothly without founder hand-holding
• Meetings happen on time, with the right people
• Partners and attendees have a clear, professional impression of Oximy
• Follow-ups don’t get dropped
• The team has clean notes on what actually happened at the event

What we’re looking for

• Comfortable in executive-facing environments
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication
• Organized, reliable, and calm under pressure
• Willing to travel across the US
• Good judgment about when to escalate vs handle things yourself

Bonus but not required:

• Prior experience with conferences, partnerships, or field ops
• Startup, consulting, or agency background
• Familiarity with enterprise software audiences
