About Role

We are looking for field engineers, who will work closely with customers to understand their needs and design solutions that address specific challenges or requirements. This role bridges the gap between technical expertise and business understanding, focusing on delivering effective and tailored solutions to clients.

Required skills and experience

• Strong communication skills
• Experience working with the customers directly on a B2B product
• Proficiency in any object-oriented programming language. Familiarity with Go is preferable
• Strong fundamentals in distributed systems design and development
• Able to adapt, fast learner, effective collaborator
• Excellent problem-solving and logical reasoning skills
• Humble and empathetic
• Self-starter with excellent communication skills
• Bachelors or Masters in computer science or related field is preferable

Phone Screen

This stage is a more informal call to get to know more about the role, and for you to evaluate whether it’s a good fit for you.

We will cover some light technical discussion about your past projects. Lastly, we might do a quick programming question

Technical interviews In this interview, we will discuss an open ended design problem and also go over 1 more coding problem

Background and Culture interview We will go over your background in more detail, learn more about the work you have done and also discuss how handled different situations in the past
