Growth Engineer

Olympian Motors is looking for an exceptional Growth Engineer to join our team in Irvine, California.

The ideal Growth Engineer should drive sales traction across Olympian EVs, drive go-to-market efforts, manage customers and partner relationships and take new initiatives.

**Requirements:**
• Able to work in a demanding, high-stakes, high-visibility, fast-pace startup environment.
• Able to work fast. Sense of urgency.
• Able to adopt and use AI tools proficiently
• Action-oriented.
• Self-starter and entrepreneurial.
• Engineering background is a plus.
• Content / social skills are a plus
