We now serve over 2,500 paying customers and have more than tripled our revenue every year in our history. ## **What you'll do** - **Advanced Tax Filings:** Take ownership of complex and specialty tax filings, translating complicated requirements into actionable operational processes. - **Product Operations:** Act as the bridge between our operations and our engineering team, finding ways to automate and streamline filing operations within the Numeral product. - **Data & Analytics:** Write SQL queries to extract insights, manipulate datasets, audit data pipelines, and ensure pinpoint accuracy. - **AI-Assisted Work:** Utilize tools like Claude Code to accelerate problem-solving, automate workflows, and increase your own operational efficiency. - **Generalist Problem Solving:** Jump into whatever is broken or unoptimized. You'll figure out the hard, unscalable stuff today so our software can do it automatically tomorrow. ## **What you'll bring** - **Experience:** 1 to 3 years of professional experience in an analytical, operations, data, or product-adjacent role. - **Technical Chops:** Strong SQL experience is a must. You are highly comfortable wrangling and making sense of complex data. - **AI-Native:** Ideally, you have experience with (or a strong desire to heavily utilize) Claude Code and other AI tooling to supercharge your output. - **Scrappy Builder:** You thrive in a high-autonomy, early-stage startup environment.
