About the Role

We’re seeking a former team lead with hands-on experience in building and deploying agentic systems and large-scale data processing pipelines. You should take pride in your work and write high-quality, scalable code. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Build Product: Rapidly contribute to building the cloud infrastructure for AI employees, being the founding lead for cloud-b
• Technical Leadership: Drive technical decisions and architecture design, shaping the foundation of our solutions.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with co-founders and other team members to translate business vision into actionable project plans.
• Ownership: Take full product ownership from ideation to launch.

Who You Are / Must-Haves:

• Startup Experience: Strong preference for candidates with prior startup experience. Former founders are especially valued for their entrepreneurial mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Prior Experience: 5-15 years of hands-on engineering experience. Team leads or principal DevOps engineers who have grown teams from an early stage.
• Educational Background: Ideally, candidates should have attended a college ranked in the top 50 in the United States.
• Backend Skills: Strong background in JS/Typescript and Python (we also build voice agents!)
• Frontend Skills: Proficiency in Next.js.
• Cloud Platforms: AWS services, Terraform, and Postgres.
• Scalability: Docker, CI/CD pipelines, etc.
• Regulatory: Basic or professional experience with HIPAA is useful.

• Intro call w/ CTO (20 min)
• Live coding round w/ CTO (1 hr)
• Take home assignment (2 hrs)
• Work trial (between 2-7 days)
