Who you are and why this role will excite you

• Chronically Online Savant: You’ve spent your 10,000 hours on the timeline. You know the unwritten rules, the viral formats, and the exact moment a trend is born. You "Know Ball" and are in your comfort zone breaking news before the mainstream media or rationing bad takes in the replies.

• End-to-End Asset Production: You are a true full-stack creator. You don’t wait for a design team; you concept, script, edit, and ship high-impact short-form video and static content independently.

• AI-Augmented Workflow: You are always looking for the latest tools to enhance the output and improve your workflow

• Chaos & Strategy: You’ll help with multi-channel posting across platforms, crafting viral hooks, and community-driven engagement that makes us a prominent voice in the industry.

• Growth Engineering: You are obsessed with the backend performance data and always optimizing to improve future performance. You A/B test to directly impact follower growth, brand sentiment, and user acquisition.

• The Novig Voice: You speak every platform’s language fluently. You can translate complex prediction markets into "timeline-native" content that meets the audience on a human level

• Self-Directed: An organized self-starter who thrives working without direction. You see a gap in the conversation and you ship the solution without being asked.

Compensation & benefits

• $90K – $110K base, benchmarked at top-tier tech companies

• $27/day lunch stipend when working from our NYC office

• $35/day dinner stipend when working from the NYC office after 6:30pm
