Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history.Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a strategic and execution-focused leader to join our Talent Acquisition Strategy & Enablement (TASE) team as a Talent Attraction Project Manager. This position will be based in El Segundo, CA, Palmdale, CA, San Diego, CA or Melbourne, FL. Virtual work arrangements will also be considered.
The ideal candidate will have the flexibility to support multiple competing priorities with minimal direction, possess strong business acumen, and develop a broad sphere of influence.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Enhancing sourcing capabilities for critical talent segments to support Aeronautics business
- Partnering with Communications to create targeted recruitment strategies
- Developing hiring tools that strengthen our ability to target, attract and engage top engineering talent in highly competitive labor markets
- Enhance our ability to engage talent by translating business needs into compelling external market campaigns and internal hiring solutions that improve candidate experience
- Translating employer brand and EVP to allow engagement with critical engineering talent
- Leveraging talent personas to better understand motivations, decisions levers, market dynamics, and candidate expectations
- Develop differentiated messaging for tailored, targeted talent communities
- Develop end-to-end talent engagement toolkits for recruiters, sourcers, and hiring managers to improve outreach, interviews, candidate experience, and onboarding
- Design training and enablement programs to effectively engage active and passive job seekers
- Collaborate with TA leaders to embed persona driven sourcing and engagement strategies across recruiting teams
- Serve as SME for market intelligence and candidate insights to help refine recruitment marketing strategies
- Support enterprise brand consistency with tailored strategies for Aeronautics specific talent needs
- Special projects as assigned
- Occasional travel is required for this position
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, Master’s degree and 6+ years of relevant experience OR 12+ years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Relevant experience must in be in Talent Acquisition Project Management
- Must have strong MS Office skills (ability to create and present professional deliverables to executives)
- Experience supporting highly competitive technical/engineering talent markets
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to convert data into actionable recruitment strategies
- Strong project management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with cleared talent markets and critical skill recruiting
- Demonstrated experience with talent intelligence labor market tools/resources
- Experience using reporting tools (running queries etc.) is highly desirable as is hands- on experience working on projects that create efficiencies drive customer orientation
- Experience with MS Project or SharePoint to develop detailed integrated project schedules
