TRAVEL: Yes, 10% of the Time

As our Senior Business Analyst you will be embedded within the software delivery teams elaborating new work, populating the product / service backlog, and enabling the Product Owner.

Key Responsibilities:

Elaborates small packages of work for the delivery team
Ensures work delivered by the team fulfils the objectives
Is able to, lead small teams, being accountable for the quality of delivery.
Is able to, facilitate workshops to build collaboration between project team members.
Liaison with Product Owner and project Stakeholders during design work.
Liaison with key roles within the project team to deliver the requested requirement.
Takes initiative to keep skills up to date

Competency/Skill requirements

Essential

Experience working with multidisciplinary teams (e.g. Systems, Software, Hardware, Safety, Security etc)
Good Business Analysis knowledge across all aspects of Engineering including Requirements, Architecture, Design, Integration, V&V, Decommission.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Highly-organised with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent numerical skills.
Competent in PowerPoint and face-to-face presentation delivery.
Strong customer orientation.

Desirable

Experience of applying Business Analysis in Defence and Security sectors
Experience with Confluence, Jira/Gitlab
