Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history.Northrop Grumman is seeking a Senior Logistics Management Analyst to work at Guam supporting IBCS -Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS) Product Support Team. IBCS provides Command/Control and Integrated Fire Control capabilities for a distributed Air and Missile Defense Enterprise. IBCS connects sensors and effectors never designed to work together into one command and control system. IBCS gives warfighters an expanded view of the battlespace, allowing them to act quickly and decisively. IBCS is revolutionizing how U.S. and Allied Forces integrate across all domains, delivering advanced warfighter capabilities.
The primary responsibilities involve the efficient flow of goods, services, and information between points of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements. In this role, the logistics management analyst will ensure the execution of standard logistics processes including the replenishment system, data interchange systems, demand management, electronic data systems administration and related functions. Managing all unit-level supplies and equipment, including receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining inventory. Efficient flow of spares, tracking vendor repairs, performing warehouse support, work order processing, and reporting of material disposition at our Guam site.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Serves as a logistic technical consultant for IBCS integrated air and missile defense system
- Conducts specialized tasks such as work order management for field repairs by opening work orders for Field Service Representatives (FSR), updating during repair activities and cycles, and closing work orders at the completion of repair activities
- Maintains accountability of spares and facilitates material distribution in support of field repairs
- Collects and reports technical data, metrics, and status of operations
- Attend boards and meetings to track the disposition of materials
- Accounts for and maintains records of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE)
- Provides specialized expertise while operating information management systems to maintain records and provide status and reporting
- Reports cost and schedule information for items dispositioned for vendor repair
- Represents the organization as a prime contact to customer counterpart
- Develops and deliver presentations to program and customer leadership
- Demonstrates ability to properly package and handle equipment during shipping and receiving
- Supports material fielding with inventories and handover documentation
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 8 years’ experience or a Masters degree with 6 years’ experience or a High School diploma / equivalent with 12 years’ experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
- Experience with IBCS authorized stockage list (ASL) for common parts
- Experience with Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) hardware
- Experience using the Catalog Ordering Logistics Tracking System (COLTS) database or other similar system
- Ability to work on site in Guam
- Experience with material replenishment system and technical attributes of supply management
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the performance of sparing operations and material control
- Expert level of ability (minimum of 3 years of experience) in estimating resource requirements
- Experience working across integrated air and missile defense Global Supply Chain (GSC) and Logistics disciplines
- Secret Clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience tracking material disposition in SAP
- International deployment oconus Guam
- Providing technical briefings to vendors and customers
- Technical expertise with Army air defense artillery ADA
- Experience in receiving, maintaining, and the accountability of GFE
- HazMat certified
- IUID marking and processes
- Experience as an admin on the COLTS database
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI
