Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history.Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for an Associate Logistics Management Analyst to join our team of individuals within our Product Support organization supporting the F-35 JSF Program located in El Segundo, CA.
This entry level role will be full-time in the office.
You will control the efficient flow of goods, services, and information between points of origin through customer placement to meet customer requirements. Ensure customer service and time objectives are achieved within existing financial constraints in order to meet marketing and financial objectives. Ensure the execution and continuous improvement of standard logistics processes, such as the replenishment system, data interchange systems, demand management, electronic data systems administration and related functions. Build relationships with strategic customers through logistics initiatives. Integrate learning from customers, competitors, operating entities, distribution, transportation, customer service, other industries, industry groups, and professional training to continuously improve competitive position.

Basic Qualifications:
A candidate, regardless of age and hiring source, must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:
Be completing or has completed their Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution by April 2026.
Be majoring in or having majored in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, or other business related degree.
Knowledge of Supply Chain/Logistics operations.
General knowledge of business systems (SAP and MES).
Experience using Microsoft business tools (Visio, Excel, Project, MS Teams).
Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to interface with all levels of employees and management.
Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) as well as Program Special access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite). Final approved U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) as well as Program Special Access may be required to start.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or supply chain related degree.
Inventory or logistics experience.
Proficiency using program business tools: SAP, MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
Excellent writing and presentation skills including experience presenting to large audiences.
Pay Range
- Associate Logistics Management Analyst: $57,300 - $85,900
