About the Role
As a Founding BDR, you’ll help build Newton’s outbound sales engine from the ground up. This is a pure outbound role for someone hungry to break into early-stage SaaS and learn how to sell.
- Dial to set: Make 90+ calls/day to book at least 3 qualified demos.
- Set to complete: Work closely with AEs to ensure demos show—and convert.
- Take the show on the road: Represent Newton at conferences and trade shows to generate leads and close deals in-person.

We are in-person, in our Lehi, UT office. In addition to competitive salary and equity, we offer health, dental, and vision. OTE for this role is $90K with uncapped comission.
