About the Role:

We're hiring a GTM Intern to work directly with the founders on how MindFort grows. You'll get hands-on exposure to pipeline generation, outbound strategy, and customer-facing work from day one — not busy work or slide decks.

This is a rare opportunity to embed inside an early-stage YC-backed startup during a critical growth phase. You'll learn how B2B sales actually works in a high-velocity environment and leave with real skills, real output, and real relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support outbound prospecting and pipeline generation across our target customer segments.
• Help build and iterate on messaging for engineering leaders, AppSec teams, and CTOs.
• Research target accounts and identify new channels, partnerships, and growth opportunities.
• Assist in tracking key GTM metrics and synthesizing data to improve execution.
• Represent MindFort at industry events, conferences, and within the YC ecosystem.
• Work directly alongside the founders on live deals and strategic GTM initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in business or engineering.
• Currently pursuing an MBA at a top program.
• Strong communicator: sharp writing, clear thinking, confident in front of customers.
• A builder who thrives in ambiguity and takes initiative without waiting for direction.
• Motivated by outcomes and ownership, not process and playbooks.

Nice to have:

• Any prior sales, growth, or customer-facing experience.
• Interest in or exposure to cybersecurity, developer tooling, or AI.
• Familiarity with the startup or YC ecosystem.
