About the Role

Be at the center of Metis’ day-to-day execution. You’ll turn complex, ambiguous workflows into repeatable processes and make sure our data operations run smoothly, on time, and at the highest quality bar.

What You’ll Do

• Own daily execution across key data and operations workflows
• Run QA checks, refine processes, and flag bottlenecks or risks
• Build and maintain playbooks, trackers, and lightweight dashboards
• Partner with technical and product teams to streamline workflows
• Track throughput, quality, cost, and timeliness; surface insights for leadership
• Support team leads in scaling processes and onboarding new teammates

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in high-growth startups, consulting, or operations roles
• Exposure to data-driven workflows (data ops, labeling, evaluation, support, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail; you don’t let things slip
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Comfortable in high-intensity, fast-changing environments

Compensation & Benefits

• Base: $80,000–$450,000
• Significant Equity
