Role

We’re looking for a creative, driven Videographer to join Index part‑time in San Francisco. You have a proven portfolio that shows your chops and a knack for telling startup stories.

What you’ll do

• Produce engaging, high‑quality short videos each week featuring our team demoing product features, sharing customer wins, and unpacking data‑driven insights.
• Capture and edit dynamic footage from founder dinners, workshops, and customer meet‑ups.
• Collaborate with marketing and product to storyboard, script, and refine compelling visual narratives.

Ideal candidate

• Has a compelling portfolio demonstrating skill in short‑form video production.
• Proficient with editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).
• Comfortable drawing out authentic moments on camera from engineers shipping code to customers sharing wins.
• Passionate about tech, startups, and storytelling.
