We're building Claude Code for health—an AI agent that helps you reprogram your body with continuous, hyper-personalized preventive care. Our mission is to add billions of years of healthy lifetime to humanity and eliminate preventable disease by bringing longevity care and precision medicine to the 99%.

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to build a tech unicorn with a mission to prevent disease and save lives. You are joining as the second engineer in an 8-month-old business with a rapidly growing 6-figure ARR. Our B2B2C business model gives us a major distribution advantage and unlocks a trillion-dollar TAM with insurance revenue. We're now entering hf0, the series A equivalent of YC, where your job, along with a tiny team of Meta, Microsoft, and Stanford Medical alumni, will be to 100X our revenue in 3 months. This is not a "move fast and break things" platitude—it's the actual job.

• Context engineering for health
• Operational efficiency to accelerate our b2b2c growth
• Launch and own our d2c product
• Build anything and everything, fast and at high quality
• Ship production features in hours, not weeks
• Own entire product surfaces end-to-end
