Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (Telehealth Specialist)

**Job Description:**
We’re seeking Registered Dietitians to join our clinical team. You’ll work directly with patients in a virtual setting, helping them develop realistic, sustainable nutrition plans aligned with their goals and medication protocols (including GLP-1s). You’ll also provide coaching, education, and regular check-ins as part of a coordinated care team.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide individualized nutrition counseling to patients via telehealth
• Document visits clearly and promptly in our EMR system
• Collaborate with health coaches and prescribing providers
• Respond to patient questions asynchronously through our platform
• Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as needed

Requirements:

• Active RD license in one of the following states: TX, FL, CA, NY and/or multiple states
• Special consideration for RD/RDN in multiple states or Compact License
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfort using modern telehealth tools and platforms
• Available to maintain consistent weekly hours and respond to patients async within a timely manner

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with patients on GLP-1 medications (e.g., semaglutide, tirzepatide)
• Prior experience in telehealth or asynchronous coaching
• Familiarity with motivational interviewing or behavioral health principles
• Comfortable adapting nutrition plans to a wide range of patient lifestyles, cultural backgrounds, and preferences
• Familiarity with outcome tracking and quality reporting

• Flexible: Part-time (minimum 5–10 hours/week) or Full-time
