The role

Be the CEO's strategic right hand — the force multiplier that turns ambiguity into execution. Own critical cross-functional projects, build scalable systems, and interface with investors/partners on behalf of the CEO.

What you'll own (first 6 months)

• Drafting monthly investor updates and maintain investor CRM
• Coordinating board materials and follow-up action items
• Leading international expansion prep (UK, Portugal, Spain)
• Building systems and dashboards for CEO visibility
• Running weekly leadership syncs with department heads

About you

You'll fit in well if

• You have 3–5 years in high-growth startups, strategy consulting, or investment banking
• You've worked directly with founders or C-level executives in fast-paced environment
• You're a master of execution: builds financial models, writes crisp decks, ships projects end-to-end
• You're a SaaS tool power user: Notion, Airtable, Figma, Raycast, AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude)
• You're a spreadsheet wizard: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards)
• You're an exceptional writer: Can draft investor memos, board materials, strategic docs
• You're fluent in English + French (critical for FR/UK/PT markets)

• You've only worked in large, well-established companies (Series C+)
• You need perfect information before making decisions

We’re open to relocation support for the right individuals, and we welcome missionaries who travel to work with us in Paris on a regular basis.
