About the Role

Role: Senior Fullstack Developer
Type: Full-time
Location: Stockholm, Sweden (On-site)

You will

• Tailor your own role that spans across the entire stack based on what you know and what you want to learn
• Architect and implement features end-to-end for our web platform
• Take ownership of our codebase, balancing high-quality code, security and speed of development
• Helping break down tasks and ensure their effective execution
• Work with some of the latest technologies and some of the smartest engineers in the industry
• Be challenged and grow very quickly as a developer
• Review code and mentor junior colleagues

Who you are

• Skilled: You have a proven track record of developing both the front- and back-end of reliable products and you are not afraid of responsibility for important and mission-critical software.
• Innovative: You thrive in a dynamic start-up environment where problems don’t always have obvious or easy solutions. You’re a problem solver who’s not afraid to come up with creative solutions and think holistically about software architecture. You are curious and passionate about writing good software, and you’re ambitious about learning and improving yourself as an engineer.
• Autonomous: Although constantly working in a team we believe in self leadership and ownership! You value feedback, take initiative without needing direction, and focus on outcomes. You are not afraid to try new things and learn from your mistakes rather than play it safe.

Practical information:

Preferred qualifications:

• 2+ years with Nodejs (Typescript)
• 2+ years with React (Typescript)
• Database design (RDBMS like Postgres and NoSQL like Mongo or Elasticsearch)
• Python
• Unit, integration, and functional testing

Additional experience that’s a plus:

• Nx or other monorepo tools
• CI/CD pipelines
• Kubernetes
• Docker
• Azure
• Elasticsearch
• IaC (Pulumi or Terraform)
