About Leaping AI
Leaping AI builds next-generation voice AI agents that automate customer service and appointment scheduling calls for companies in healthcare, home remodelling and lead qualification. We’re growing fast in the U.S. and Europe and are looking for an ambitious SDR to help us reach more customers especially in the home remodelling vertical.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and research target companies in home remodelling / home improvement.
- Reach out via email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate qualified meetings.
- Heavy cold calling.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book demos.
- Keep CRM data organized and collaborate with marketing on outreach campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years in an SDR/BDR or inside-sales role (B2B SaaS preferred).
- Excellent written and spoken English; confident with cold outreach.
- Curious, ambitious, and eager to grow into an AE role.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar tools is a plus.
- Based in San Francisco (preferred) or United States (remote).
- Bonus: You have previously sold software into the home improvement industry.
