What You’ll Do

  • Work at the intersection of customer, sales and engineering to communicate client requirements, what is already built, what needs to be configured for their workflow and what tasks need to be taken care of by operations team members or engineering based on priorities and timelines.
  • Help shape product roadmap
  • Develop process and documentation of process to assist in onboarding new customers quickly
  • Work with sales and engineering team to provide feedback on pain points customer talks about

You Might Be a Good Fit If:

  • You’re great at getting LLMs to work for you (even when the source material is dense or confusing).
  • You have strong English writing skills — you know how to keep things clear, sharp, and simple.
  • You have a detail-first mindset but can move fast without getting bogged down.
  • You’re excited about healthcare innovation and using AI for real impact.
  • You like solving messy problems, independently and creatively.
  • You feel a need to take ownership over a problem and don’t mind telling people what they need to do to get to a resolution
  • You like to learn

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or insurance (but not required).
  • Prior experience working in a startup or a fast-paced environment (not required).
