GTM Engineer - Remote/Anywhere

Compensation
$80,000–$140,000/year

Job Description

What we're building

Jiga is on a mission to help engineers build physical products faster.

The problem: engineers designing physical products waste weeks chasing quotes, vetting suppliers, and managing procurement instead of actually engineering. Jiga fixes this by connecting engineers directly with vetted manufacturers (CNC, sheet metal, injection molding, 3D printing).

We're a small, fully-funded, cashflow-positive team serving enterprise customers like NASA, Google, Tesla, and Apple.

The Role

We're looking for a GTM Engineer to take our revenue operations from scrappy to systematic. You'll build the systems and workflows that turn our go to market motion into a repeatable, scalable engine.

Our GTM motion is layered - inbound signups, word-of-mouth growth, product-led loops, warm signals, account expansion, and targeted outbound. The opportunity to build leverage is massive. You'll build the systems that turn all of that into a repeatable engine.

You're a fit if you’re a builder, technical enough to build workflows yourself, loves geeking out about AI and the latest GTM trends, a strong communicator, and like to dig deep to design processes that get adopted.

How we actually work

We’re a small remote team made up of the best of the best. Our team members are distributed around the globe. While most of our product and engineering talent is located in Europe and Israel, you’ll also work with people from the US and Asia. Most of our work is made async, which is the secret sauce of our success.

High trust, low bullshit: We don't count hours or peek over your shoulder on Slack. We trust you to get your work done and tell us when something's wrong. You'll have real ownership over what you build, no process theater, no busy-work meetings.

Question everything: See something that doesn't make sense? Say it. Have a better way to do something? Just do it. We actually mean it when we say we want people to challenge the status quo and improve things. Our internal motto is “Don’t drink the kool-aid”

No busy work, no fluff: “All we do is write code and talk to users” still works here. If you are addicted to heavy process building and endless busy-work meetings, that’s probably not a good fit.

Actually friendly, not corporate friendly: We play games online every week (current favorite: Make it Meme). Once a year we fly everyone somewhere beautiful for our offsite (Greece, here we come). We genuinely like hanging out together, which turns out to be way better than forced "team building exercises."

How our GTM motion works

This isn't a standard SaaS funnel. Our GTM has multiple motions running at once, each with its own signals and expansion paths:

  • Product led sales - users sign up, get onboarded into the platfrom, and start engaging with our sales team.
  • Word-of-mouth and warm signal loops - Users share us organically and bring us along when they switch companies.
  • Account expansion - One user signs up, then their team follows. Sales builds the relationship and drives adoption across the org. The expansion motion is where our revenue compounds.
  • Signal-based outbound - We target high-value verticals like aerospace and defense using enrichment data, usage patterns and external triggers.

We generate revenue on manufacturing transactions - more parts ordered, more revenue. Every one of these motions needs systems behind it. Most of it is still being built. That's why this role exists.

You're a fit if you have

  • 4-6 years in rev ops, sales ops, or GTM ops at a B2B company, ideally through a scaling phase where GTM chaos was real
  • Taken a sales org from messy to structured - you've lived through this pain and built systems that actually got adopted, not just documented processes that got ignored
  • Strong technical capability: can set up Clay tables, build CRM workflows (we use Attio), connect APIs, write basic scripts, work with no-code tools
  • Experience building AI workflows (Claude automations, custom agents, or similar)
  • Deep understanding of B2B GTM motions - enough to design processes reps will actually follow
  • Strong enough technically to own system architecture decisions, and can work with consultants for implementation when needed
  • First principles thinking: you design for our specific motion, not copy-paste playbooks
  • Bias toward action over perfection

What you'll own

This is an IC role with high autonomy. You show up every day, you're in the systems, you do the work.

CRM and data - You own our CRM design, Attio, end-to-end. Configuration, customization data quality, deduplication, integrations, and ongoing iteration. You own lifecycle stages, lead source attribution, and marketing-to-sales handoff mechanics. When an integration breaks, it's your problem.

Pipeline integrity - Lead routing, follow-up sequences, campaign handoffs, and rules of engagement are system-enforced. You own UTM structure, form routing, and lead source tracking so attribution is clean across sales and marketing.

Outbound engine - You build and run it. Target account lists, ICP filters, Clay enrichment workflows, outreach sequences. You're in the data daily - iterating on reply rates, testing messaging, killing what doesn't work.

Signal capture and expansion systems - Job-change alerts, usage-based expansion triggers, cross-sell signals, reactivation workflows. You build the systems that detect when a user switches companies, when an account is ready to expand, or when a dormant lead re-engages - and route the right action to the right rep.

Rep enablement and operating cadence - You onboard new reps onto systems, prep the weekly pipeline review, flag stuck deals. Dashboards track pipeline health, conversion by source, and sequence performance. You own the rhythm that keeps the team accountable.

GTM tool stack - You evaluate, integrate, and kill tools. You own vendor relationships and make the call on what stays and what goes.

AI-powered automation - You find and build ways to create leverage with AI across the GTM stack. We use AI extensively and expect you to push this forward.

What success looks like

The GTM stack is a competitive advantage. Sales process is system-enforced, not random. Outbound workflows are generating significantly more pipeline. Performance is visible and trusted. The team runs on systems you built.
