At Inventive, our mission is to build intelligence that helps B2B sales teams win deals. Our product, an AI copilot for sales teams, assists them in responding to and winning RFPs and sales questionnaires. By leveraging Inventive, sales teams can improve their efficiency by 70+%, and craft high-quality proposals, significantly enhancing their chances of securing successful deals.

About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager who can translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling stories that resonate with our audience.
Your primary focus will be on crafting messaging, one pagers ,positioning, and narratives that differentiate us in the market — not on owning GTM execution.
You’ll work closely with the product, growth, and sales teams to deeply understand our users, shape how we communicate value, and ensure consistency across every touchpoint from the website to sales decks and launch announcements.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who’s obsessed with clarity, storytelling, and customer insight a marketer who can take a complex AI product and explain it so simply that anyone can see its value.
You should be the kind of person who enjoys talking to users, learning how they think, and turning those insights into words that drive action. You’re not here to run campaigns or own GTM pipelines you’re here to shape how the world understands our product.
You’ll fit right in if you:
- Love crafting crisp, memorable product messaging and positioning.
- Experience creating sales enablement materials (decks, one-pagers, comparison sheets, etc.).
- Experience creating pitch decks, web copy, or messaging frameworks that improved conversions or engagement.
- Have a deep understanding of how to communicate value not just features.
- Can collaborate with Product, Growth, and Sales teams to align on narratives.
- Write clearly and think strategically connecting storytelling to customer needs.
- Enjoy simplifying complex technology (AI, automation, enterprise workflows) into engaging copy.
- Have 4–6 years of experience in product marketing, content strategy, or storytelling-focused roles (preferably in SaaS or AI).
