Software Engineer

InspectMind AI is building an AI application for construction and physical world. We are automating critical workflow of inspections in large physical industries like real estate, construction and infrastructure by unlocking the potential of LLM to tackle real-world challenges, improving productivity by 100x, and creating products that have never been possible before.

We are seeking engineers to work alongside a team from Google, Airbnb, Berkeley, CMU, former YC company CTO (0-$20M ARR) and former founders, bringing decades of experience in building software and successful companies. We are also an AI Grant company.

With a fast-growing customer base, we need more engineers to join us and build!

You will have the exciting opportunity to:

• Design and write code end-to-end, from frontend, backend, to LLM, even hardware integration like smart glasses, making a significant and immediate impact on our product and company growth
• Find and utilize state-of-the-art AI tools to improve our development process and speed to the extreme

Must-have qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience shipping high-quality production code
• Full-stack engineer, generalist with both frontend and backend experience
• Ability to ship quickly with frequent customer deadlines, thriving in a fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic
• Strong product ownership and exceptional coding skills
• Passion for speaking directly with users and providing customer support

Preferred qualifications:

• Proficiency in our tech stack: React Native, Node.js, AWS
• Experience in building LLM applications and ML
