About the Role:

Glean is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to shape and scale how Glean shows up across web, campaigns, product storytelling, and digital experiences. This is a senior individual contributor role combining creative direction and hands-on design. You’ll lead high-impact work end-to-end — from concept to execution — and build the systems that allow that work to scale across the company. You’ll help define the visual language, raise the bar for craft, and ensure consistency across every touchpoint. You should be equally strong in ideas and execution — able to simplify complex concepts, lead projects independently, and influence across teams.

You will:

Lead design across major brand initiatives and campaigns
Translate complex AI/product ideas into clear, compelling narratives
Build and evolve scalable brand systems and design frameworks
Set a high bar for craft and consistency across all outputs

About you:

Have a strong portfolio showing both breakthrough work and scalable systems
Can lead projects end-to-end across multiple mediums.
Bring a clear point of view on design and storytelling
Operate with high ownership in fast-moving environments

Location:

This role is hybrid (4 days a week in our Bengaluru office)
