ABOUT THE ROLE

Recruiting at scale doesn’t have to feel robotic, and you’ll be the proof of that. As our Candidate Experience Intern (m/f/d), you’ll sit at the heart of our hiring process: keeping things moving, keeping people informed, and constantly asking “how can this be better?” You’ll help manage the day-to-day rhythm of our interview pipeline while bringing fresh ideas, bringing a genuine love of AI tools as a user and explorer, and a real commitment to making every candidate feel like a human being, not a ticket number.

This would be an initial 6 month contract based out of our Berlin office.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Coordinate and schedule a high volume of interviews across multiple roles, teams, and time zones, keeping everything on track without dropping a ball

  • Manage the candidate pipeline end-to-end: moving candidates through stages, tracking status, and ensuring no one falls through the cracks

  • Act as the main communication bridge between candidates and hiring teams — timely, warm, and always clear

  • Chase down interview feedback from the business, making sure decisions keep moving and candidates aren't left waiting

  • Handle and triage high-volume interview requests from across the business, prioritising and organising with calm efficiency

  • Identify friction points in the process and proactively propose improvements, whether that's a smarter workflow, a better template, or a new tool

  • Experiment with AI and automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks and free up time for the high-touch stuff

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • A natural organiser who thrives in fast-paced environments and genuinely enjoys keeping lots of plates spinning

  • Someone who cares about the candidate experience, you understand that every interaction shapes how someone feels about a company

  • Comfortable and adept at using AI tools in your everyday work and curious about how they can make processes smarter and faster

  • Strong written communication, you can switch between a quick Slack message and a thoughtful candidate email without missing a beat

  • A continuous improvement mindset: you notice what's clunky, and you do something about it

  • Previous experience in TA, HR, or recruitment coordination is a bonus, but your attitude and appetite to learn matter more

  • Based in Berlin ideally, we work to a hybrid model

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience in a TA or HR team

  • ATS or CRM tool experience

  • Startup or high-growth environment exposure

WHAT WE OFFER

  • The opportunity to work in a growing team with big responsibilities that thrives on a strong exchange of knowledge and excellence

  • Attractive remuneration

  • Flat hierarchy and transparent communication in a relaxed, professional atmosphere

  • Opportunity to develop your talent in a dynamic team with ambitious goals

  • Flexibility and possibility to work remotely

  • Monthly mobility benefit

  • Wellhub Membership

  • Pliant Card with monthly credit to explore the product and enjoy food with colleagues
