Job Description
We went from zero to $1M in ten months. No big marketing budget. No brand. Just a product that works and customers who felt it.
Now we're building something much bigger. Feather is becoming the enterprise agentic platform, the layer that lets any company build, deploy, and manage AI agents across their entire operation. We're going after a generational opportunity. And we need someone to build the growth engine that gets us there.
This isn't a role where you manage agencies and report on dashboards. You're building the machine from scratch and owning the outcome.
We work 10 hours a day, five to six days a week. We grind, we have fun, we eat together, we celebrate together. If we execute right, this is one of the biggest companies built in this decade. If that sounds like too much: stop reading. If it sounds like exactly what you've been waiting for: keep going.
What you'll own
Your job is simple: fill the top of the funnel. More inbound leads. More logos. More enterprises finding Feather, understanding why it matters, and wanting to talk to us.
You'll build the demand gen engine from zero: content, SEO, LinkedIn, thought leadership, distribution loops, community plays, co-marketing, whatever it takes. No team to hand things off to. You write it, build it, ship it, optimize it yourself. You'll also help shape how we talk about what we're building and make sure the world knows our name before our competitors do.
What we're looking for
- You've built inbound pipeline from near zero before. You know what actually moves the needle, SEO, content, LinkedIn, organic distribution and what's just noise
- You are genuinely AI-native. You use AI tools every single day to do the work of three people. You build your own workflows, automations, and tools. Clay, Claude, Perplexity, n8n. Whatever gets the job done. This is not a checkbox. It's how you operate
- You think in growth systems, not campaigns. You build loops that compound over time, not plays that spike once and die
- You understand B2B enterprise buyers: CTOs, COOs, VPs of Ops. You know how they make decisions and how to get in front of them organically
- You can tell a story. You write copy that makes someone stop scrolling. You can articulate a new product category in a way that makes someone feel it, not just understand it
- You have high agency. You don't wait to be told what to do. You see a gap and fill it. You figure things out. You ship fast
This is not for you if...
- You don't use AI in your daily work right now. Not occasionally, every day
- You've only ever worked with a full team behind you
- You need a clear playbook before you can move
- You're looking for work-life balance in the traditional sense
- You've never built something from scratch before
What you get
- Founding team equity
- Competitive salary
- Fully paid health benefits (medical + dental + vision)
- Target Bonuses for hitting milestones
- A real budget to deploy
- Direct access to the founders, zero bureaucracy
- In person office
- Your name on this company's history if we pull this off
Don't just send a resume. Tell us what you've built, what growth engine you're most proud of, and specifically what AI tools you used to build it. Show us how you think.
Interview Process
Total timeline: 1-2 weeks. We respect your time and we move with urgency. If you're the right person, you'll know it — and so will we.
Stage 1: 15 min founder call
A conversation, not an interrogation. We want to understand who you are, what you've built, and why you want this. We'll tell you exactly what we're building and where we're going. We move fast, so if there's mutual interest we'll move to the next stage within 24 hours.
Stage 2: 48 hour take-home assignment
We'll give you a real problem we're actually thinking about. You'll have 48 hours. We're not looking for a perfect answer — we're looking for how you think, how you use AI to work, and whether you're already thinking like a Feather employee.
No decks with 40 slides. No fluff. Sharp, specific, actionable.
Stage 3: 60 min deep dive
We'll go deep on your assignment together. Expect us to push back, poke holes, and ask you to defend your thinking. This is also your chance to ask us anything — about the product, the vision, the team, the hard parts. We'll be completely honest with you.
Stage 4: Team meet
You'll spend time with the team — casual, no agenda. We work 10 hours a day, five to six days a week. We want to make sure you actually want to be in that room with us, and we want to feel the same way about you.
Offer: If we're aligned, we move fast. Expect an offer within 24-48 hours of your final conversation.
