Role Summary

Enerjazz is looking for a hands-on Logistics Coordinator to manage all supply chain activities for our EV battery distribution network. You will ensure timely dispatches, accurate inventory management, safe handling of lithium-ion batteries, and smooth coordination with transporters, warehouses, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics Execution & Coordination

• Manage daily dispatches, inventory flow, and shipment tracking across regions.
• Plan and coordinate pick-ups, deliveries, and route schedules.
• Track logistics timelines, freight costs, and transporter performance.
• Ensure proper documentation: e-way bills, PO/WO, GRN, shipment logs.

Vendor & Transporter Management

• Coordinate closely with transport partners for timely dispatch and delivery.
• Negotiate transporter rates, finalize work orders, and verify billing accuracy.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal teams (sales & service).

Warehouse & Compliance

• Support warehouse organization, storage planning, and stock accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with battery transportation rules, hazardous material norms, and safety SOPs.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation.

Reporting & Improvement

• Maintain daily/weekly dashboards covering inventory, dispatch TAT, and delays.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements in logistics and cost optimization.
• Support automation, routing tools, and efficient inventory management practices.

Required Skills & Competencies

Must-Have

• Experience in logistics, transport coordination, or supply chain operations (2–5 years).
• Strong command of Google Sheets, Excel, and basic ERP/logistics tools.
• Good Hindi communication; clear coordination with vendors and teams.
• Detail-oriented execution, discipline, and accountability.

Good to Have

• Experience with EV, automotive distribution, or battery handling.
• Understanding of inter-state transport rules and lithium battery compliance norms.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
