
Inventory Control (GE3)
Job Description
Position Summary
The Inventory Control person’s primary responsibility is to maintain inventory and location accuracy in the facility. Perform adjustments, cycle counts, and customer inventories as required from both written and verbal instructions while adhering to time guidelines set forth by the department/site manager. The inventory control person also delivers on the day-to-day commitments to our Customer, our Company and our People.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Safety
- Read and understand the Crescent Safety Playbook or Video – Doing It
- Actively participate in Safety Committee activities and
- Ensure a work environment that is safe and maintained where our people could safely grow and
- Continually seek out and remove all forms of
- Report all safety, quality, near misses, accidents, mistakes, and product damages accurately and according to processes.
- Comply with all OSHA, ISO, and company

- Abide by all written and understood procedures and
Productivity
- Perform inventories and cycle counts per customer/management request to ensure accuracy of product and/or location codes.
- Perform audits as required to assure accuracy and determine root causes for inaccuracies, providing feedback to management regarding errors.
- Scrap parts list; adjust inventory per customer
- Set up new processes
- Process MTO (Material Transfer Orders)

- Responsible for production accuracy and for providing feedback to management regarding

Work Environment / Physical Demands

Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- High School diploma or GED
- Warehouse and Inventory Experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Regulatory cGMP manufacturing experience
- FLO certified
- Word processing, database and spreadsheet knowledge
- Strong math skills
- Detail oriented
- Flexibility with potential over time
