What you will be doing:

  • Understand, interpret and apply regulatory requirements, compliance and industry standards as pertains to PAM & IG.
  • Oversee large-scale PAM and IG programs and transformations and manage the technical delivery teams, providing implementation direction and insight when needed.
  • Collaborate with other CLS security pillars to integrate identity with wider security processes and solutions.
  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of PAM & IG (e.g., user access reviews, identity lifecycle management) but also act as the key point of contact, bridging the gap to leadership, collaborating closely with and providing regular reporting and updates to the CISO to ensure visibility and alignment with the overarching security strategy.
  • Define the policies and standards for managing user identity access and oversee and support the management of non-compliance.
  • Oversee the management and maintenance of core identity processes, including authentication and authorization protocols (e.g., Oauth, OIDC) and JML processes.
  • Integrate identity governance solutions across both cloud and hybrid environments using tools like Entra ID.
  • Enforce policies such as RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), SoD (Segregation of Duties), and least privilege to maintain compliance and strengthen security.

What we’re looking for:

  • Establish and lead a net new security pillar, driving innovation and ensuring the team has a clear understanding of its roles and responsibilities, and how they contribute and align to CLS’s overall security strategy.
  • Lead PAM and IG transformation programs and implement robust identity solutions that establish a strong foundation for CLS's security pillar.
  • Identify PAM and IG priorities to establish and strengthen a robust security pillar, by focusing efforts on tailoring work and programs for CLS specific needs.
  • Leverage multiple core identity tools and solutions (e.g., SailPoint, PingID) to secure enterprise-wide identity and access.

Professional qualifications / certifications

  • Extensive experience in cross identity and access management (~10 years), including ~5-7+ years in PAM and IG leadership roles managing enterprise scale identity architectures and implementations.
  • Experience in:
    • Working in highly regulated operations and complex organizational structures.
    • Reporting to senior leadership supporting executive level decision-making and prioritization.
    • Engaging in complex governance, contributing to multi-layered committees or forums.
  • Understand, interpret and apply regulatory requirements, compliance and industry standards as pertains to PAM & IG.
