  • 2 years of relevant industry or research experience covering several of the responsibilities listed.
  • Programming or scripting experience, such as Python, LabVIEW, SQL, MATLAB, or Embedded C.
  • Experience designing and executing test plans for custom board-level electronics.
  • Hands-on experience with lab instruments such as digital oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, RF signal generators, and vector signal analyzers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Preferred qualifications:

  • Industry experience in test engineering, such as internships.
  • Programming or scripting experience, such as Python.
  • Board-level hardware design.
  • Aerospace industry experience.
  • EMI/EMC test design and execution.
  • Understanding of RF and mixed-signal hardware (e.g. amplifiers, filters, ADCs/DACs, antennas).
  • CesiumAstro considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills. Full-time employment offers include company stock options and a generous benefits package including health, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, life, disability and retirement plans.
