Boeing Digital TechOps within Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an experienced Senior UX Analyst to join our growing design organization in Denver, CO or Seattle, WA. Our team works on products across all areas of aviation. A successful candidate will have the design thinking and user analytics skills to uncover user needs and turn them into actionable insights.   • A strategic thinker who can anticipate future business needs and proactively scope solutions with a natural curiosity to explore complex problems and find innovative solutions while mentoring other analysts, product teams, designers, and shaping team culture and best practices

  • Possess experience implementing and measuring user data analytics for B2B business model outcomes

  • Drive the analytics roadmap executing in-depth analysis of user behavior, conversion rates, and content performance to identify growth opportunities and inform product optimization strategies

  • Have the ability to mentor junior analysts and elevate team maturity, including developing and maintaining advanced dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track and communicate critical key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics

  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate data collection and instrumentation, providing guidance on tracking implementation and data integrity

  • Stay informed about the latest trend in metrics development, agentic analysts, analytics tools, and other methodologies to continuously improve measurement

Position Responsibilities:

  • Analyze user data: Collect and sift through data from various sources, like user logs and surveys, to find patterns in user behavior.

  • Conduct experiments: Plan and execute tests, such as A/B tests, to measure the usability and effectiveness of design changes based on hypotheses.

  • Define key metrics: Guide product teams by identifying and establishing the key performance indicators (KPIs) for each team, in addition to NPS and CSAT, that will be used to measure the success of the products.

  • Collaborate with teams: Work with designers, researchers, and product managers to develop a usability roadmap and ensure design decisions are data-driven.

  • Report on findings: Create dashboards and reports to communicate insights and trends to stakeholders, helping them to understand user behavior and make informed decisions. 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of user data analysis experience

  • Proficiency using and setting up data analysis tools Adobe Analytics and Qualtrics

  • Understanding statistical methods, significance testing, and experimental design

  • Ability to translate user data into actionable insights and solve user-related problems

  • A foundational understanding of user experience and user interface principles for understanding context of data being analyzed

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Effective time-management skills

  • Collaborate successfully with technical and non-technical teams

  • Strong communication skills to clearly present findings to technical and non-technical team members

  • Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree in a related field

Summary pay range:

Denver, CO $142,800 - $193,200

Seattle, WA $142,800 - $193,200

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.  This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.
