The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is seeking a Senior Integrated Support Planning and Management Specialist in Berkeley, MO. The position supports the F-15 EX Program, aligns to the Boeing Global Services (BGS) Engineering capability, and collaborates closely with Program Management in supporting logistics integration activities. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, eagerness to lead/teach/mentor as a TLE, and has the ability to work well within a collaborative team.
The candidate must be able to support multiple projects and deadlines. The selected candidate will be customer-facing and in addition to executing BGS scope, must be capable of building relationships with their external customers while also maintaining close coordination with Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) counterparts and internal customers to ensure a consistent one-Boeing approach.
Position Responsibilities:
The position will support the F-15 EX Program through cross-functional integration within the Boeing Global Services organization. The candidate’s primary responsibilities will include:
- Working integration efforts associated with F-15 collaborating with Engineering, Supply Chain, Support Equipment, Retrofit, Provisioning, PSA, and Technical Publications.
- The position will be responsible for supporting several meetings with the United States Air Force customer on a recurring basis.
- Candidate should be familiar with Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Candidate will act as TLE for the F-15 Domestic ILS team.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 15+ years Integrated Logistics Support/ Integrated Product Support Management work experience
- Experience with product support as well as familiarization of USAF operations
- Experience operating as a TLE with 5+ years mentoring and leading team members
- 15+ years working with Microsoft Office Suites (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Experience with REDARS, Teamcenter, ADPLS, TAMS, and SLIC
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor degree or equivalent qualifications
- Prior F-15 experience and or prior USAF experience
- TLE with 10+ years mentoring and leading team members
- Experience working within multiple ILS elements
- Complete product support life cycle experience
- Highly motivated self-starter able to successfully complete fast pace projects
