Boeing’s Enterprise Services Technology and Systems (ESTS) organization is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the Technology, Stability, Optimization, and Customer Success (TSOC) team in one of the following locations:

In this role, you will support systems onboarding, backend administration, compliance audits, application deployments, troubleshooting, and sustainment activities across the Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Acquire-to-Retire (A2R) ecosystems. You will help improve the experience for internal teams, stakeholders, and suppliers by enabling simpler, faster, and more effective enterprise processes and technology support.


This role also serves as a bridge between business teams and IT, supporting issue resolution, root cause analysis, system monitoring and cleanup, SAP updates, Testing Center of Excellence (COE) activities, subsidiary engagement, and Lean and automation efforts. Although this is an individual contributor role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams across ESTS and the broader Boeing enterprise.


The successful candidate will help shape technology tools, training approaches, governance processes, and sustainment practices aligned with enterprise priorities and Boeing’s transformation roadmap.


What You Bring to Boeing

  • Systems administration experience, including access validation, license management, file updates, documentation updates, and compliance support
  • Experience with S2P and/or A2R technologies, such as SAP Ariba, SAP S/4, AutoCAD, Revit, Procore, and Cognos
  • IT troubleshooting experience, including issue triage and escalation support
  • Experience performing root cause analysis and supporting corrective actions
  • Experience with system monitoring, cleanup, and operational support
  • Experience supporting SAP updates and related coordination activities
  • Software testing experience preferred, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Debugging
  • Strong cross-functional teaming and relationship building skills
  • Strong communication skills across all levels, including the ability to create presentations and communicate risks, requirements, and roadblocks
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, OneNote, and SharePoint
  • A passion for knowledge sharing and process improvement
  • Motivation to deliver simpler, faster, and better experiences
  • Industry affiliations preferred

Position Responsibilities

  • Supports systems onboarding, backend administration, access validation, and compliance activities
  • Serves as a liaison between business teams and IT to coordinate issue resolution and technical support
  • Performs troubleshooting, triage, root cause analysis, and follow-up on corrective actions
  • Monitors systems and supports cleanup activities to maintain data integrity and stability
  • Supports SAP updates, coordination, and validation activities
  • Facilitates cross-functional team meetings and applies structured process methods and tools
  • Applies basic process, data, and systems architecture concepts
  • Influences stakeholders and supports change efforts across diverse audiences
  • Researches procedures and guidelines to support strategic planning efforts
  • Applies current strategic initiatives to process improvement activities
  • Plans and schedules assigned work (Project Management)
  • Contributes to programs, projects, sustainment, and implementation activities
  • Reviews business requirements, coordinates testing schedules, and assists with test script preparation
  • Provides Testing COE support, including SIT/UAT coordination, execution support, and defect tracking
  • Uses project and program management tools and best practices to support project leaders
  • Collects task status and creates visibility materials for projects as needed
  • Complies with documentation standards and frameworks
  • Identifies opportunities to eliminate, consolidate, and simplify process documents
  • Supports the transition to evolving data and information management standards
  • Assists with reviews, assessments, and audits of business process documentation
  • Develops or supports process standards, guidelines, methods, and tools
  • Supports teams in improving or integrating with existing process architecture
  • Supports subsidiary engagement across internal and external stakeholders
  • Contributes to Lean and automation projects to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
  • Supports A2R sustainment activities as needed

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.


Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience managing Source to Pay (S2P) and/or Order to Cash (O2C) value streams in a SAP S/4 environment
  • 3+ years of experience in leading source-to-pay processes
  • 3+ years of experience with Procure to Pay or Accounts Payable systems
  • 3+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications such as SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project
  • 3+ years of experience do you have with data analysis and/or data mining

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a systems administrator
  • Experience working with all levels and disciplines of an organization to resolve issues
  • Experience working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience in functional testing

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.


Summary pay range for: CA, PA, Plano TX, VA, WA: $119,850 - $162,150

Summary pay range for: AL, AZ, CO, MO, SC, San Antonio, TX: $112,200 - $151,800

Summary pay range for: Oklahoma City, OK: $104,550 - $141,450
