The Boeing CompanyBoeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Multi-Family Manager to join our team in New Orleans, LA!
Position Responsibilities:
- Performs management activities across multiple (2 or more) Quality Management Job Families.
- Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies.
- Provides education and coaching on the Quality System.
- Acquires and manages resources and leads process improvements.
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports. Manages, develops and motivates employees.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
This position requires the ability to obtain a clearance for access to a National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) facility.
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of experience with AS9100 and/or a similar Quality Management System standard
- 5+ years of experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCCA) and Corrective Action
- 3+ years of experience working with Non-Conformance (NCR) processes
- 3+ years of experience in a production-related discipline such as Manufacturing, Quality, Production Engineering, Supplier Management, and/or Supplier Quality
- 3 + years of experience leading teams or projects formally or informally
- Experience in leading or managing projects and teams
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Experience with system engineering /quality engineering
- Experience with surveillance and compliance audits

Travel:
This position may require travel up to 10% of the time.

Summary pay range: USD $112,200 - $151,800
