Manages, develops and motivates employees. **This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.** **Boeing First-Line Leader Assessment**: To be considered for this position you will be required to complete an assessment as part of the selection process. Failure to complete the assessment will remove you from consideration. **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** - Experience with AS9100 and/or a similar Quality Management System standard - 1+ year of experience working with Non-Conformance (NCR) processes - 3+ years of experience in a production-related discipline such as Manufacturing, Quality, Production Engineering, Supplier Management, and/or Supplier Quality - Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross-functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership” **Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):** - Bachelor’s degree - Experience with Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) processes and implementing corrective actions - Experience with surveillance and compliance audits **Safety Sensitive:** This is a NASA safety-sensitive position and is subject to random drug and alcohol testing. **Travel:** This position may require travel up to 5% of the time. **Drug Free Workplace:** Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies. **Shift:** This position is for 1st shift. **H**owever, there may be additional shift requirements to support program objectives.
