The Boeing CompanyBoeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Program Manager to join our Singapore F-15 Sustainment team in either Hazelwood or Berkeley, MO.
This role, as part of the Singapore team under Northeast & Southeast Asia (NESEA), will be responsible for growth and execution of sustainment efforts supporting the Republic of Singapore Air Force’s (RSAF) F-15 fleet. This role requires leading through influence, partnering with cross-functional teams, and providing executive-level communication to drive action & expedited problem resolution on the F-15SG Sustainment program. We are seeking a dynamic leader with strategic vision and leadership who is deeply committed to customer satisfaction.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manages, develops, and motivates a team of direct and indirect reports to execute contract requirements on time and on budget
- Leads new business growth initiatives
- Possesses a strong understanding of Performance Based Logistics (PBL), Modifications & Upgrades, Foreign Military Sales (FMS), Direct Commercial Sales (DCS), and Proposal Management
- Communicates clearly with both internal and external senior leadership
- Analyzes financial performance, metrics, and trends to formulate strategic business decisions
- Develops and maintains strong partnerships with customers, industry partners, stakeholders, peers, and direct reports
- Exercises critical thinking and innovative problem solving
- Acts as the initial point of escalation for issues or challenges encountered by the team, effectively triaging and de-escalating issues with impacted parties
- Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures, and sets operational goals
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 1+ years’ experience managing complex project schedules and managing large scale programs and/or projects
- 3+ years’ experience with military aircraft
- 1+ year leading cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams
- Ability to travel 10% of the time domestically and internationally
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- F-15 platform experience
- Effective communication & presentation skills at a senior leadership level
- International business experience
- Experience using Earned Value Management or similar cost and schedule accounting means

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $168,300 - $227,700
