Company:
The Boeing CompanyBGS is seeking a MQ25 Support Integration Specialist (Logistics Integration) (Associate or Experience Level) to support multiple contract activities across the MQ-25 Program in Hazelwood, Missouri.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Associate or Mid-Level Specialist.
Position Responsibilities:
- Supports integration efforts associated with Engineering, Supply Chain, Support Equipment, Retrofit, Provisioning, LSA, Technical Publications, and Spares
- Supports customer and program meetings, major milestone events, and design integration of logistics elements
- Establishes support requirements and definitions, statement of work break-down, reports, master schedule, program implementation and integration plans
- Coordinates and gathers data for estimates in support of proposal activities and research and development efforts
- Develop processes and coordinates activities to ensure technical data and procedures are documented and current
- Conducts presentations, status reviews, and monitors execution of support programs
- Reviews program and engineering change proposals and assesses product support impact
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor Degree or higher
- 3+ years’ work experience on utilizing engineering documentation, processes and standards and working cross-functional integration with both internal and external customers
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. (Higher education includes college, university, technical school, licensing/certification programs, etc.)
- Experience on MQ-25 or another USN or USAF development program
- Experience utilizing engineering documentation, processes and standards
- Experience managing spares, influencing sparing and procurement strategy, leveraging engineering and maintenance requirements to ensure seamless operation during product lifecycle
- Experience with requirements management and verification
- Experience with DMSMS/obsolescence management

Associate – Level Summary Pay Range: $76,500 - $103,500
Experienced – Level Summary Pay Range: $94,350 - $127,650
