We are seeking an Integration Lead (ATLO) to be responsible for managing the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of application interfaces, data flows, and systems, often specializing in APIs, M&A IT, or enterprise platforms. They act as a key liaison between teams, ensuring cross-functional alignment, maintaining project timelines, and validating technical solutions.
This position's internal job is Production Ops Spec. Our Team is currently hiring for a level 3.
Position Responsibilities:
Develops, implements, and maintains manufacturing processes and methods that comply with company policies and procedures, improves production efficiency, and optimizes product quality
Monitors, assesses, and provides status on production progress, actions, issue resolution, and support needs
Investigates product defects and production inefficiencies and develops solutions to reduce/mitigate
Conducts staffing and cost analyses
Coordinates and prepares justification for major capital expenditures and equipment implementation
Represents manufacturing on production related issues
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Minimum of 6 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, minimum of 10 years' related work experience, etc.)
Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-component system integrations in large-scale projects
Excellent technical communication and stakeholder management skills
Facilitate cross-team communication and ensure technical alignment throughout the integration process
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. A U.S. Security Clearance Post-Start is required
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience in the aerospace industry
Proficiency with PC Applications, especially Excel
Excellent written and Verbal Communications
Demonstrated ability to aggregate, visualize, and analyze data to make informed decisions (i.e. SQL, Excel, PowerBI, etc.)
Hands on experience with Component level testing (Vibe, Shock, Thermal Cycling, functional testing, etc.)

Summary pay range: Level 3: $96,900 - $142,500
Millennium is DDTC-registered, ITAR-compliant Company. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Applicants MUST be U.S. citizens and eligible for a security clearance.
