The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is currently seeking an Industrial Security Specialist (Associate or Mid-Level) to join the team in Everett, WA.
Join our team as an Industrial Security Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in supporting new activities within the Mobility, Surveillance and Bombers team. In this exciting position, you will be part of a large security team dedicated to ensuring the safety and integrity of our operations as we embark on innovative projects.

Position Responsibilities:
Assists with Internal Security Controls through performance of compliance assessment reviews and self-inspections to ensure compliance with government and company regulations/requirements
Identifies deficiencies and recommends corrective action
Assists Facility Security Officer (FSO) with basic duties
Assists in the protection of government, intellectual, third party and company information from unauthorized disclosures
Performs Personnel Security processes to assist in obtaining individual security clearances/accesses
Assists in developing and conducting security awareness training and education programs to educate, refresh, and motivate personnel to protect people, property and information
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1+ years of experience in Industrial Security
1+ years of experience using basic Microsoft Office and office computing systems
Willing to work 2nd shift
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience
Experience working in an aviation security environment
Experience with time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
Experience working efficiently in an interrupt-driven environment, yet staying on track with tasks, projects, and deadlines
Experience with sound decision-making skill within your role and authority

Summary pay range for Associate: $77,350 – $104,650
Summary pay range for Mid-Level: $94,350 – $127,650
