Company:
The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking a Contracts Procurement Agent to join the Secondary Structures team located in Auburn, WA.
Position Responsibilities:
Prepares and executes negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements.
Negotiate, interpret, and enforce contract terms and conditions.
Provide oversight and contract management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery, and financial performance.
Integrate program, customer, product, and in-service strategies into negotiation and contracting strategies.
Initiate and execute supplier improvement activities, inclusive of Value Engineering, and integrate results into contracting strategies.
Proactively communicate with the leadership team, peers, and customers. This may include the preparation and presentation of the business vision, supplier strategies, program/project status, etc.
Establish partnerships and relationships across various business units with internal and external customers, stakeholders, and peers.
Conducts risk, issues, and opportunities management
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's Degree or higher OR equivalent work experience.
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Must be willing to travel domestically as needed.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
4+ years of experience creating and developing strategy plans.
4+ years of experience developing proposals or contracts.
4+ years of experience in Supplier Management/ Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or Buyer.
4+ years of experience drafting and negotiating contractual terms and conditions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Summary Pay Range:
Level 2 - $76,500 - $89,000
Level 3 - $96,000 - $112,000
