Company:
Boeing Aerospace OperationsBoeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Experienced Quality Assurance Representative to support MH-139 maintenance efforts at FE Warren Air Force Base in Cheyenne, Wyoming. The first 8 to 10 months will be extensive travel to Malmstrom AFB in Great Falls, Montana. The individual will work closely with the MH-139 Global Technical Operations Leadership to support the planning, execution and delivery of Quality products and services.
Position Responsibilities:
Develops and motivates a team of diverse skills, capability, and experience to maximize individual and team performance.
Performs inspections on aircraft for maintenance activities on the MH-139 platform
Maintains Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed using established procedures
Collects and verifies data to support the identification of root cause routine problems
Performs internal audits to determine compliance with Quality Management System standards, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory and customer requirements
Documents audit results in standard formats
Works under general supervision
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years' of experience with aircraft modifications, upgrades, or retrofit projects
5+ years' experience with fixed-wing and/or rotary wing aircraft platforms
3+ years' of experience in Quality Assurance
Willing to work variable shifts, including nights
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years' of experience with Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) Instruction 8210.1
Technical data experience
Avionics Experience
AS9100 Revision D experience
Experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality delivery
