Boeing Global Services (BGS) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Integrated Planning and Scheduling Specialist (IP&S) to support Airforce or Navy Programs in Hazelwood, MO.

Position Responsibilities:

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Support Domestic & International Military Fighter and Trainer Aircraft Programs

• Develop, coordinate, and integrate program plans/schedules                   

• Analyze program schedule data to determine impacts and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement and program initiatives

• Identify risks/opportunities and develop mitigation plans

• Develop and establish lead time requirements

• Facilitate integration of project/program plans, schedules changes and baseline management

• Act as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience

• Experience working with Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Powerpoint)

• Ability to obtain an Active US Secret Security Clearance Post Hire

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience with scheduling tools (e.g. Open Plan Professional, Primavera, Milestone Pro, Microsoft Project etc.)

• Experience working on DoD programs

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary Starting Pay Rate: $71,500 - $98,200
