Boeing Global Services is looking for an AH-64 Product Repair/Mod Tech to join the growing team in Mesa, AZ.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Position Responsibilities:

• Assembles, disassembles and/or modifies systems by changing, removing, replacing or upgrading aerospace vehicle components to correct failures or implement changes.

• Configures aerospace vehicles and bench test equipment.

• Troubleshoots complex pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems to isolate mechanical or electrical faults and repair faulty components.

• Performs validation/verification testing of systems and components.

• Documents procedures and established processes to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance (e.g., repairs, test results, applicable modifications and inspection results).

• Inspects components and verifies repairs for flight worthiness requirements.

• Works under general direction.

• Responsible for inspecting products and documenting potential non-conformances while evaluating parts for processing.

• Collaborate with disassembly, repair, assembly, and test teams to ensure the production of high-quality products.

• Coordinate with engineering, materials management, and production control, while leading root cause corrective actions for non-conformance issues.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for enhancement in production processes such as corrosion identification and innovating repair techniques.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience with commercial/military aircraft inspection and/or maintenance

• Experience with reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings

• Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a cross functional team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience on AH-64 platform

Summary Pay Range: $57,800 - $78,200
