Founding Growth Operator

We’re looking for a Founding Growth Operator to make sure every deal moves forward.

You’ll work directly with the founder and own pipeline velocity. This is the role that turns a great product into wins.

What you’ll do

• Drive deals from first touch to close and keep momentum high at every step
• Prepare for calls, follow up immediately after, and shape how every interaction lands
• Build materials, narratives, and touchpoints that make customers feel understood and excited
• Create leverage where none exists and engineer the odds in our favor
