We're looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Finance team. In this role, you will be the technical lead for our financial and procurement data ecosystem, with direct responsibility for our Pigment implementation and its integration with core systems like NetSuite, Redshift, Workday, and Coupa. You will bridge the gap between complex data architecture and strategic decision-making for the Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain organizations.

In this role, you will

  • System Ownership & Integration: Act as the primary administrator and architect for Pigment, managing data hooks and ETL processes from NetSuite, Redshift, Workday, and Coupa to ensure data integrity and seamless synchronization.
  • KPI Development: Lead the design and automated deployment of a comprehensive set of Purchasing, Finance, and Supply Chain KPIs.
  • Advanced Analytics: Build and optimize automated dashboards for the Purchasing, Finance and Supply Chain organizations.
  • Process Automation: Drive system automation to replace manual reporting, identifying process gaps through empirical data analysis to drive scalable, standardized solutions.
  • Strategic Reporting: Prepare complex monthly and quarterly spend reporting and rolling 90-day forecasts, leveraging data tools to provide leadership with actionable insights.


Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years relevant experience in Data roles with internal customers such as Finance and/or in large and/or fast growing companies; significant experience in public companies with quarterly reporting requirements preferred.
  • Ability to operate successfully in dynamic environments, identify process improvements, and implement process changes with cross functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand the interdependency of teams and work together to improve process and system issues.
  • Strong understanding of procurement, accounting and FP&A systems and processes, and how they integrate.
  • Ability to pivot seamlessly between granular details and big picture strategic topics, identifying connections between the two.
  • Fluency with advanced FP&A tools and systems and corporate accounting systems (e.g. Pigment, Coupa, NetSuite, Anaplan, Adaptive, Hyperion, etc.).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and proven ability to effectively communicate complex concepts in a succinct manner to senior executive audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail is required.

Desirable Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence supporting the Finance organization or within FP&A organization for large or fast-growing companies.
  • Technical Mastery: Significant experience managing and integrating enterprise systems such as Pigment, Coupa, and NetSuite.
  • Data Architecture: Extensive hands-on experience with SQL, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
  • Visualization: Expert-level skills in major BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to pivot between granular data details and big-picture strategic topics, communicating complex technical concepts to senior executive audiences.
  • Operational Excellence: Ability to identify and implement process improvements with cross-functional stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
  • Expert-level GSuite skills, particularly Google Sheets, Google Docs and Google Slides

The base salary range for this position is $112,000 - $180,000 per year. Aurora’s pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, the successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, relevant education or training, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future. The successful candidate will also be eligible for an annual bonus, equity compensation, and benefits.
