NetSuite System Manager

Astranis is seeking an experienced NetSuite System Manager to take ownership of our NetSuite environment and support the evolving needs of our growing organization. In this critical role, you’ll serve as the go-to expert for NetSuite — the source of truth for our financial and operational data — and drive improvements across backend systems, reporting workflows, and cross-functional processes.

You’ll partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, and the Production Team to ensure NetSuite remains a robust and scalable platform that supports both strategic decisions and day-to-day operations.

Role

Serve as the primary NetSuite administrator, maintaining system integrity, permissions, workflows, integrations, and reporting tools
Design and implement process improvements across the Accounting and Finance tech stack
Act as the central owner of our backend NetSuite architecture, driving enhancements to support scaling operations
Create and maintain a curated library of documentation, dashboards, and saved searches
Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain and Production teams to streamline workflows
Provide day-to-day support and training for users across departments
Lead troubleshooting efforts and coordinate with external NetSuite consultants when necessary
Ensure system compliance, data security, and financial reporting accuracy

Requirements

7+ years of experience administering NetSuite
Design and implement process improvements across the Accounting and Finance tech stack
Act as the central owner of our backend NetSuite architecture, driving enhancements to support scaling operations
Create and maintain a curated library of documentation, dashboards, and saved searches
Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain and Production teams to streamline workflows
Provide day-to-day support and training for users across departments
Lead troubleshooting efforts and coordinate with external NetSuite consultants when necessary
Ensure system compliance, data security, and financial reporting accuracy

Bonus:

Experience in a manufacturing or supply chain-intensive environment
Deep understanding of Accounting, Finance, and Supply Chain processes
Experience managing system projects end-to-end

Astranis pay ranges are informed and defined through professional-grade salary surveys and compensation data sources. The actual base salary offered to a successful candidate will additionally be influenced by a variety of factors including experience, credentials & certifications, educational attainment, skill level requirements, and the level and scope of the position.

Base Salary

$135,000—$185,000 USD
