- Must have experience setting up and adjusting lighting for interviews, product shots, and on-location filming.

- Prepare and maintain cameras, lenses, lighting, audio, and support equipment.
- Organize and back up footage, providing clear handoffs to editors.

### **Requirements**

- A portfolio or reel showcasing your camera work, composition, and lighting. Personal and school projects are welcome. Please identify your role on each project.
- Hands-on experience operating cameras, including setting exposure, white balance, frame rates, and focus.
- Familiarity with basic lighting setups and audio recording for interviews.
- An eye for composition, movement, and the details that make footage visually engaging.
- Ability to follow creative direction, contribute shot ideas, and adapt to changing filming conditions.
- Strong organization and attention to detail when handling equipment and footage.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working with people across technical and creative teams.
- A self-starter who takes initiative and follows through on assigned projects.
- Able to work in the office five days a week.

- A Bachelor's Degree
- Experience as a camera operator or director of photography on student, independent, or professional productions.
